IF THE DISPUTE IS NOT RESOLVED INTERNALLY WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD, THE MATTER SHALL THEN BE REFFERED TO THE COMPETENT COURTS OF THE RELEVANT DISTRICT IN KASULU KIGOMA, TANZANIA
WHERE THE DISTRICT COURT LACKS JURISDICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE MATTER MAY BE REFFERED TO ANOTHER COMPETENT COURT WITHIN THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.
BY USING THE COMPANY'S SERVICES, USERS AGREE TO FOLLOW THIS DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE INITIATING FORMAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
15. Changes to Terms
